Abstract

Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune condition where patches of skin lose their pigment, resulting in white or pale spots. This occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys melanocytes, the cells responsible for producing melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. This paper highlights the case of a 36-year-old male with hypopigmented patches on his scalp who sought homeopathic treatment at Dr Batra’s.   Within one month, his patches began to improve, and after four months, all his patches had completely re pigmented, demonstrating the potential of holistic care in managing vitiligo.
