This study investigated the efficacy of individualized homeopathic treatment in managing allergic rhinitis (AR) in children. Conducted at Dr. Batra’s Positive Health Clinic from 2014 to 2016, the non-controlled experimental study enrolled 30 children aged 10 to 12 years with positive skin tests for allergies. Over a 12-month period, participants received individualized homeopathic medicines, and symptom frequency and intensity were monitored. Results showed significant improvement in all children within 3 to 8 months of treatment. Parents reported enhanced quality of life in 18 cases and very much improvement in 10 cases. Calcarea group medicines were predominantly used, with Nat. Mur and Tuberculinum in the remaining cases, all administered in 200 potency without adverse reactions. This study underscores the potential of homeopathic treatment in effectively managing AR in immune-sensitive children, leading to improved quality of life without side effects.
