Abstract

Coronary heart disease is the main cause of death worldwide. Atherosclerosis and stroke are the two main factors. Occupation also influences it.  Tobacco smoking also plays a role. Decrease in tobacco smoking and decreasing the fat intake can lower the risk for cardio vascular diseases. These studies suggest the need of comprehensive and integrated interventions to reduce the prevalence of lifestyle factors.
