Focus and Scope

The mission of the International Panacea Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (PJPPS) is to promote and support high-quality fundamental, strategic, and applied research and development in the fields of Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, and Allied Sciences. The journal is committed to disseminating quality research outcomes through its online platform.

An additional mission of PJPPS is to serve as a global forum for research that advances knowledge in evidence-based scientific studies.

The journal broadly covers a wide range of disciplines, including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and related interdisciplinary sciences.


Peer Review Process

Peer review is a process in which experts in a relevant field critically evaluate scholarly work to ensure its quality, originality, validity, and scientific significance prior to publication. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. This process assists the editorial board in making informed decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts and ensures quality control for PJPPS.


Publication Frequency

Each volume consists of four issues:

  • Issue 1: January – March

  • Issue 2: April – June

  • Issue 3: July – September

  • Issue 4: October – December


Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
