UTILITY OF MURPHY AND SYNTHESIS REPERTORY IN MANAGEMENT OF PARKINSON DISEASE

Parkinson’s disease is a chronic degenerative disorder of nervous system. It has slow progressive disease and it is clinically characterized by rigidity bradykineasia tremor and postural instability. These are the cardinal features of Parkinson disease. It affects mostly elderly adult, and its prevalence increases with advancing age from 1% of people at 65 years of age to 5% of people at 80 years, affecting both genders equally. This article depicts the clinical presentation along with the reportorial rubrics of Parkinson’s in Murphy and Synthesis repertory which will be used full for the young physician in homoeopathic treatment.
