Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of breathlessness, wheezing, chest tightness, and cough. Long-term dependence on inhaled bronchodilators and corticosteroids is common among patients with chronic asthma. This case report presents a 58-year-old female suffering from bronchial asthma for eight years and dependent on regular inhaler therapy. She presented with recurrent breathlessness, allergic symptoms, wheezing, and respiratory discomfort. Individualized constitutional homeopathic treatment based on detailed case analysis, repertorization, and miasmatic assessment resulted in progressive improvement in respiratory symptoms, reduction in wheezing episodes, improvement in quality of life, and complete discontinuation of inhaler use over a seven-month follow-up period. This case demonstrates the potential role of constitutional homeopathy in chronic bronchial asthma and documents a significant clinical transformation achieved at Dr Batra's Homeopathy Clinic.
