Rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders are chronic conditions characterized by joint pain, stiffness, and functional limitations, affecting millions worldwide. Conventional management often focuses on symptom relief through medications and physiotherapy, but long-term outcomes are variable, and many patients seek complementary therapies. The homeopathic approach emphasizes individualized treatment, considering both physical and mental-emotional aspects of the patient to restore overall balance and improve quality of life. This case study highlights a 46-year-old female patient with long-standing multiple joint pains, fatigue, migraines, menstrual irregularities, mood disturbances, and sleep difficulties. Over the course of one year, joint pain reduced considerably, energy levels improved, sleep quality was enhanced, and menstrual and mood-related symptoms stabilized.
