Hormonal imbalances in women can lead to gynecological disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, menstrual irregularities, and infertility. These imbalances are influenced by dysregulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis, adrenal stress response, thyroid function, metabolic disturbances, and lifestyle factors. Integrative approaches—including yoga, lifestyle modifications, sleep hygiene, and dietary interventions—have shown significant potential in restoring hormonal balance, alleviating symptoms, and improving reproductive health.
