Abstract

This case series investigates the potential effectiveness of individualized homeopathic treatment in the management of allergic rhinitis (AR). Five patients with varying AR phenotypes received remedies based on symptom totality. Outcomes assessed via Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) showed marked improvement in cases, with reductions in sneezing, rhinorrhea, and congestion. Homoeopathy may offer a personalized, low-risk therapeutic option for AR, warranting further controlled studies.
